Here is a simple project which passes a bit of time.
I found that on some turns the indicator would not always cancel and this is perhaps only a feature on older vehicles as my much newer car does not do this as it uses the new type of ribbon in the steering wheel which is more positive unlike the old type of contact ring used on my 1999 motorhome...
