In this video I go into what you can expect if you're looking to buy or sell a home in 2022. Inventory continues and will be in low supply for the foreseeable future as demand completely overwhelms the market. We may not exceed 2021's massive record breaking sales figures but it will likely still be a strong year with over 100,000 sales transactions but all this depends on the amount of supply coming to the market, any planned interest rate hikes and any new government policies that may be enacted during the year to bring more supply to the market which could still take years and years.
