When Will Smith went up to accept his Oscars award it was quite an awkward moment for all of the crowd and everyone watching because of what had just taken place on that same stage a few moments ago. For Will Smith, it was genuinely an extremely emotional moment for a multitude of reasons and an awkward moment for all. His speech contained an apology for some, but not all that were affected by the slap. Audiences there and across the world have divided reactions as Will received a standing ovation.
