This video gives an introduction to a tool within XRM toolbox named as Polymorphic lookup manager
Polymorphic lookup manager tool allows you to create multiple lookups for a single column. Currently the user interface in Power Apps for creating columns is limited in referencing one level lookup.
If you want to create a column referencing more than 2 tables as a lookup then you need to use code to create such column behavior
