SS Andrea Doria
Andrea Doria is an Italian transatlantic liner built at the Gio. Ansaldo & C. " in Genoa in 1950. The flagship of the Italian Line shipping company. On July 26, 1956 he sank after collision with the liner "Stockholm" off the coast of New York. The rescue of its passengers became the most successful rescue operation in the history of seafaring.
