Background:
Back in Shadowlands, someone told me about Secret Technique being bugged, and doing more damage on the enemies screen compared to your own.

It was solid, but it never lead to any one shot. I thought they would have fixed the scaling issue by now, but it appears to have gotten worse.
A friend sent me screenshots of a rogue, sighvast doing 10 million shadowblades in Elwynn (at level 70).

I decided to investigate and it seems like Shadow Blades is completely broken when used as a low level, against higher level enemy players.
At level 50, it did a total of 6 million.
At level 28, it did a whole 25 MILLION.
So I rushed to level a fresh Dark Iron Rogue (for the Fireblood racial) to level 27, which is the level you learn secret technique.
Then all you have to do, is to get some combo points, use Shadow Blades and Secret Technique and you will AOE one shot everyone in a short radius... That's hilarious!
