Balancing your WORK and your NETWORK isn’t without stress.
Here’s how I manage it ⤵
The single biggest needle-mover is getting things on the calendar...
Once they’re there, it kind of takes care of itself.
A big unlock:
If you meet someone that really energizes you, ask them:
”I’d love to touch base every month just to keep each other accountable.. want to get something on the calendar?”
I’d challenge you to get 3 or 4 of these on your schedule- even if they are just close friends, it sets the precedent of showing up for yourself and for others.
The next step is to just always plan a few hours ahead of time.
(You can strip this down to just 10-15 minutes per day)
Factor in commutes, pack food, scout locations, gyms, etc.
Keep tabs on your energy levels and stay close to home if you need to.
Starting small, getting yourself out there, sharing ideas… it’s just so important.
The more you can do to work in meetings, the better your business and overall mental health will be.
Hope this helps!
