Launched a New Online Look for Zoning Resources 🔥 How did we do?!
Zoning Resources is a small contracting, signage, and development agency based in Marysville, Ohio.
The owner, Jim, came to me wanting a new look and feel for his outdated Wix Site built several years previously. We made the choice that a Webflow Site would be a great fit for the modern aesthetic, and the ability to build on it’s foundation over time as it grows.
Problems we solved:
⭐️ Outdated Design- By keeping spacing, color, and design assets consistent, we were able to accomplish a MUCH cleaner look.
We also added a ton of great photos from past projects and collaborators for social proof.
⭐️ Unclear Messaging- The outdated site had no calls to action or provide any means for customers to get in touch.
By adding a popup modal for a free lead magnet, we could also implement a file upload solution for visitors to share zoning plans for Jim to review, along with a place for him to store contact info as potential leads.
⭐️ Confusing Navigation- By cutting down the offers to three main scopes ok work, we avoided the need for the users to have to toggle between tabs as they try and decipher the services and value propositions.
⭐️ Lack of Professional Feel- Prospects in the past may have been turned off by imagery and color usage. By implementing custom photography and a consistent set of visual stock and AI-gen images, the professional feel we created, I think, is pretty next level 👌🏻
