READ DESCRIPTION FIRST!
I made this tutorial because I couldn't find one anywhere available, and this is such an easy practise tune for beginners at ukulele fingerpicking technique like myself!
I picked ukulele for the first time in my life 3 days ago, and without any guitar-playing background. So I'm not so good yet!
But I hope this small tutorial will inspire all the ukulele players out there to learn this tune and I hope to see video responses of this tune! :)

Each number shows the place on the neck of the ukulele from where you should press to produce the sound when picking the string. The numbers are counted starting from the tuners side. For example when you should play number "3" on A string, count until the 3rd slot between the metal lines and press the sting on the 3rd slot and while pressing the string pick it with your other hand.
Number "0" means "don't press any slot on the neck and just pick the string.
