Kubernetes on Edge working with VMware TKG
This is a fresh demo recorded by Yixing Jia, to prove the concept that VMware TKG works with an innovation project to run Kubernetes worker nodes on edge computing case, where:
networking is sub-optimal (behind a firewall, narrow, unstable)
compute architecture is heterogenous (both x86-64 and ARM64bit)
resource constrains (single node with just 2-4 low power CPU cores, 1-8GB RAM, limited storage, without NAS or HCI)
simple management (no local master node at edge, no fleet management)
real edge app deployment with EdgeX Foundry
