When making a post on Pinterest, you can upload a 1080x1080 square or a 1080x1920 vertical video that is ideally only 4 to 15 seconds long. What is the teaser or commercial to your whole blog?
When writing the title and the description, keep users and SEO in mind. Then the link should link back to your blog that has a full 3 to 5 minute long video at the top, followed by SEO friendly content below. Choose your board or category.
