Pro-Tips for Better Recursive Trees in p5.js
You've made a basic fractal tree. Now, you want to level up with a more advanced, realistic-looking tree. In this video, I'll show you how to add highlight, shadow and texture to the bark; a color gradient along the length of the tree; fitted segments for smoother-looking branches; foliage with small sticks; and branching along a segment, instead of only at joints.
