If your business is about plumbing and you want to attract people that need a plumber, then don't post about "How to build engines". You'll attract the wrong crowd.
The principle is basic but with all the advice of how to grow an audience, this I think, is the most important.
Building your tribe takes time. Be patient. They will come if you show up for them. Not today, not immediately, but in time.
