Giba Gorge: Relaxing music while running the trail
Enjoy 30 minutes of relaxing music while I navigate the challenges of running my first trail marathon in Giba Gorge in Durban, KZN, South Africa
This was a tough trail run, which was expected with 35km’s of climbing over steep, challenging terrain and long distances.
What made this really tough was not having a GPX/GPS file to follow the route so I got lost and never really felt like I was on the right track.
Kinda like life 🤣
