That Time It Rained, but the Smallie Bite was on FIRE!
Matt and I headed to one of our favorite rivers to target prespawn smallies, but as usual, the Fish Gods decided to curse me with rain. Despite the frequent showers, Matt and I were able to put together a decent bite using a variety of techniques, including some of my own hand-tied jigs!
