That Time I Got a Serious Arm Workout! (Tenkara Bass Fishing)
When I first stumbled across Tenkara, I had a vision: close-quarters combat with the mighty and formidable smallmouth bass. I knew that it would be effective in the creeks and rivers that I frequent, but I had know idea just how effective it would really be. It's not a competition, but in this video, I outfished dozens of anglers using live nightcrawlers and leeches, flies of all kinds, spinners, and all sorts of conventional bass tackle.... without a reel. Whether this was "real Tenkara" or not, it was devastatingly effective and incredibly fun!
