Jam Buns
Dough:
1 cup = 250 ml
25 g fresh yeast
1 cup warm water
1 cup warm milk
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg for brushing the buns + a little sugar
Filling:
jam (I used redcurrant)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes
