Liver with Vegetables
0.5 or 0.7L glass jars
chicken liver
potatoes
cauliflower
onions
carrots
garlic
salt
pepper mix
butter
Place the jars in a cold oven and cook at 190°C for 50 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the jars simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
