700 g cauliflower (I used frozen)
500 g minced pork
1 large onion
100 ml cold water for the minced meat
salt
spices to taste (black pepper, paprika, herb mix)
100-120 ml milk
2 eggs
150 g hard cheese
butter for greasing the pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes
