NC500 on a YB100cc - Is it Possible?

More self imposed flagellation??
Well I made it around the coastline of Ireland in 2022 on the little Yamaha YB100cc so I thought "why not have a go at the NC500"? OK I'd be a year older and likely less fit and the bike had been playing up but when you say you're going to do something you look daft if you back down?
But living 650 miles south of the "main event" - the North Coast 500, trying to pick my way through the historic English industrial heartland I knew would be a challenge. That being said, outside of the area of the "Satanic Mills" the northern countryside is beautiful.
Picking a route would be a problem because I did not know the area - all I knew was I must avoid motorways and urban areas wherever possible.
