Elden Ring: Finding Joy in Suffering (REVIEW)
I'm not the type of person to normally play a game on hard mode. I often find the boosted difficulty to be more artificially punishing than rewarding - especially if it's my first time playing it. That said, Elden Ring gets a pass here even though it is notoriously difficult. There is something about knowing the game is going to be super tough and powering through it anyways that makes it that much better.
