Castlevania: Video Game Adaptations Done Right
Video game movie adaptations are generally pretty horrible and there aren't many good shows to point to either...until Castlevania. This show is a prime example of how to adapt a video game to another form of media. It doesn't exist just as an obvious cash grab by recreating a worse version of the video game but instead, it uses the lore at hand to make something completely its own and what it manages to create, is wildly captivating. This is how you make a great video game adaptation!
