Sweet Sour pickled green garlic is a tradition to make on December the 8th of the Lunar calendar. It's named after this special holiday, LaBa. LaBa garlic is perfect pair with dumplings or hotpot. It's a must have with dumplings on Lunar New Year. LaBa vinegar is the vinegar after the LaBa garlic is pickled. It's also a transition to have it with dumplings on Luna New Year.
Ingredients:
White purple skin garlic
White vinegar or dark vinegar (rice vinegar for the best result)
White sugar 1/5 of the bottle/jar
Pickle for 2-3 days
