粽子的制作过程 | Rice Dumplings
It’s a tradition to eat 粽子(bazhang/rice dumplings) during the Dragon Boat Festival! But to me, what’s more fun than eating is actually the process of making it! Even though the prepping process can be quite time consuming, the results certainly paid off 💫
Ingredients list:
Glutinous rice
Chestnuts
Salted Egg Yolk
Mushrooms
Peanuts
Pork Belly
Bamboo leaves
