Week 08- How to animate a dragon walk cycle (preview)
Animating a quadruped walk cycle is difficult for any young animator to learn. To animate a dragon walk cycle is something else entirely. We will start this week's lesson by referencing quadrupeds and then dive right in to the animation of the dragon as if we were animating a quadruped.
The mechanics are more or less the same, however the dragon is far larger and much heavier so we need to push this part of the animation to bring this into light and show off the weight.
