Born in 1961 in Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture. Graduated from Osaka Prefectural Mikunigaoka High School.
Graduated from Fukui Medical University (now the University of Fukui School of Medicine) in 1987.
Joined the Department of Plastic Surgery at Kinki University Hospital in 1987. Trained for eight years under the world-renowned Professor Hiroshi Kamiishi.
Graduated from Kinki University Graduate School of Medicine in 1993.
In 1995, he became the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Keijinkai Sakka Hospital, where he worked for nine years and served as the Department Chief.
He retired from the hospital in February 2004.
In 2004, he became the Director of Sono Clinic Sannomiya, a medical corporation run by Nijuichikai.
On November 1, 2004, he opened Tsukahara Clinic, a medical corporation run by Aiseikai.
