Born in 1961 in Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture. Graduated from Osaka Prefectural Mikunigaoka High School.
1987: Graduated from Fukui Medical University (now the University of Fukui School of Medicine).
1987: Joined the Department of Plastic Surgery at Kindai University Hospital. Trained under the world-renowned Professor Hiroshi Kamiishi for eight years.
1993: Graduated from Kindai University Graduate School of Medicine.
1995: Became Chief of Plastic Surgery at Keijinkai Sakka Hospital, where he served as Chief of the Department. He retired from the hospital in February 2004.
2004: Director of Sono Clinic Sannomiya, a medical corporation run by Nijuichikai Medical Corporation
November 1, 2004: Opened Tsukahara Clinic, a medical corporation run by Aiseikai Medical Corporation.
