It's "One-Way you idiot!" - Stechford, Birmingham.
Popping round to the local Chip Shop and spotted a Van Driver "JH Properties Development Ltd" driving up a One-Way Street the wrong way because he couldn't be bothered to use the Road Network correctly and another Idiot had no idea how to park, Proper Numpties!
