SUV Driving along the M56(E) Motorway with NO Lights - 16/03/20
Driving Eastbound on the M56 on the way to work in Manchester when I spotted this SUV Driver with NO Lights except Daylight Running Lights on the Front of there Vehicle, I tried everything to get his/her attention but to no avail,
Some People are absolutely Brain-Dead!
Location: M56 Eastbound heading towards Manchester, UK
