Ingredients:
A quarter pound of jumbo shrimps
A quarter pound of scallops
A quarter pound of calamari
Some lobster for garnish - optional
3 tbsp. of unsalted butter
2 chopped shallots
1/4 tsp. of salt and 1/4 tsp. of pepper
Juice of one lemon
One tsp. of chopped dill
3/4 lb. of spaghetti
1 cup of cream
some chopped dill
1 cup of white wine
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti al dente and set aside
2. Melt the butter in a large pan. Add shrimps and sauté
The shrimps change color to light red when done. Add scallops to the same pan, cook scallops till they become firm and turn golden color .
3. Add calamari, sauce in the same pan. Once all the shell fish is sautéed, remove from the pan and set aside.
5. Add shallots in the same pan and cook until golden and wilted; then add the white wine, stir well and let the wine reduce.
6. Add the cream, stir well and heat up.
7. Add the spaghetti to the pan, stir and fold in the shell fish and heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
8. Add the juice of one lemon and stir, add the dill and the lobster to garnish.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
