We animal lovers don't get vacations. Even on holidays, we have to take care of our pets. But today I got a HUGE surprise! It's the birth of a PROTECTED SPECIES, of which few remain in the wild due to deforestation and habitat destruction. It's important to emphasize that these animals are perfectly documented and registered with MITECO (Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge) and have been reproducing in captivity for some time.
We'll also see the tadpoles of the Pacman frog (Ceratophrys cornuta) and the baby emerald monitors (Varanus prasinus).
