DC Universe Online: Epic Water DPS Loadouts (AoE - Single Target) 2023!!!
This is my take on some water precision loadouts in 2023..
Numbers on sparring targets are not the same as in live content and these builds perform better than you see here..
Feel free to try it out and tell me what you think in the comments...
Notes:
1. Swap strategist card out with eye of gemini when supercharge is ready and after the eye effect is gone swap back to the previous for more dmg..
2. If enough skill points after the main focus weapon (AoE or St weapon) spec in the other to switch on the fly and adapt to every situation
(for example if your are aoe and have brawling mastery spec into duelwiels mastery to cover St dmg if no adds are out in the fight)
