DCUO: Water Heal (Shield Loadout) GPe+ Gameplay
Sadly I don't have any raid footage of the loadout the reason being
1. I mostly use eog build in all content
2. I didn't plan to do video on the loadout
I wanted to go back electric before my membership ran out so I was in a hurry to get a reference for the loadout
I asked lfg and got group for GPe+ as the fastes I could
Even tho the group wasn't top tier and it was somewhat of a clutch ending we managed and I got (even tho not my best) some footage of the loadout used in action
