Level 10, kill Margit, Godrick and Rennala to get 3 talisman slots.
Complete Varre's quest to get infinite Bloody Finger.
Use Lord of Blood's Exultation, Erdtree's Favour +2 and Radagon's Soreseal
along with Seppuku ash of war on offhand for a blood proc and insane damage buff.
Optional but recommended, get to the capital and kill Godfrey for the 4th slot.
Weapon matchmaking uses +3 and -3 the host's weapon level, so having max +3 uchi means you can invade a host with potentially a +0 weapon. Happy invading.
