ThinkPad laptops are in high demand among geeks and power users. These laptops have earned the internet reputation of being "the most reliable computer line," and no wonder – they're packed with so much technology and so well designed that spare parts are incredibly easy to find, and replacing any component takes no more than half an hour. Their beauty and practicality lie in their brutality.
ThinkPads are still being produced, but most users buy older models, as there's little difference between them and modern ones other than the components. In April, Nikita GingerFox87, with whom we regularly explore Moscow's Fourth Diameter, gave us his ThinkPad R61 for review – it's quite old, but still performs reliably.
