How did the Soviet "Smerch" MLRS turn into a Ukrainian "sniper rifle" with a range of up to 200 km? In this video, we analyze the evolution of "Alder" - a modernized system based on the 9K58 "Smerch", where ordinary missiles were replaced by high-precision guided ammunition of 300 mm caliber with GPS/INS correction and a circular probable deviation of only 7-30 meters!
