Happy New Year everyone. A few days after the new year I was greeted with my first A-Z claim after selling on Amazon for nearly 10 months. I was worried that my account would be adversely affected and I would be out some money. I decided to pause and take a deep breathe; then get to work on professionally dealing with this with the mindset of ultimately winning a decision in my favor.
