This video explains how you can get reimbursed from Amazon for claims from customers that an items was not received or it was damaged. The key to winning is that you MUST use Amazon buy shipping and you must have shipped the order on time. The final step is making sure the customer know how to file a A-Z claim.

Often customer's of Amazon will argue against filing because it is a bit tedious. But, in order for you to not take a loss on the order and to get reimbursement for the lost package you need to help the customer along the way to a successful filing. Here is what you can send the customer if they contact you stating the "Item Was Not Received."

To request a refund:
1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Locate the order.
3. Select Problem with order.
4. Select your problem from the list.
5. Select Request refund.
