ICE SHACK - Boxer Prod. MOS scene CA467
The first project for my CA467 class at UW-Madison. My team, Boxer Productions, filmed and edited a scene from a student script, Ice Shack. The story is about a rebellious young man who is sent to his sick grandfather's house in Minnesota to watch him. This filler scene shows the man getting texts from a woman he is growing closer to in MN, then realizing his grandfather is missing.
In this scene, we shot video and recorded sound separately, then synced them in post. I was gaffer and production design. As you can see, I had a LOT to learn about gaffing.
