ALONE - student film for CA355
This was my final project for my first video production class I took in my sophomore year of college. I wrote, shot, and edited it all by myself.
The original script was much, MUCH longer, but after shooting only 1 scene of it, I was halfway to the cutoff point for length, so I cut almost 10 scenes. It loses a lot of what I originally wanted to put into it, but I think it still turned out pretty good for my first solo project.
This script was inspired by the fear, anxiety, and loneliness I (and many other students) faced when first coming to college. These feelings can be especially strong if you're moving somewhere alone and have to make friends.
