PREDICTING WEST HAM UNITED LINEUP NEXT SEAON 2021/22 | Ft. CALETA-CAR AND LINGARD
In today’s episode I will be showing the potential lineup of West Ham United in the 2021/22 season.
West Ham finished the 2020/21 campaign on a high with a record Premier League points tally of 65 and a spot in next season's Europa League. Ahead of the Hammers return to competitive action on August 15, David Moyes and the West Ham board need to add both strength and depth to the first-team squad.
Central defence is a key area Moyes will be aiming to strengthen. Anare the clear first-choice pairing but at 33 and 31 respectively a full campaign of European and domestic action will be too much for the defenders to cope with.
The obvious weakness in West Ham's squad is in attack. The Hammers desperately need another striker. The list of names linked with a move to fill the Hammer's striking vacancy is a lengthy one and includes former West Ham star Marko Arnautovic, England international Tammy Abraham, Czech youngster Adam Hlozek, Adam Armstrong of Championship outfit Blackburn Rovers and Ukrainian international Roman Yaremchuk, amongst many others.
Let’s hope we will see a new dimension of West Ham United where they can aim for Champions League position and maybe win trophies.
