COP26: A Failure That Ended in Disaster
We could guess that COP26 would not meet its main objectives when Boris Johnson was downplaying the potential for agreement before the conference even began. But what few things might have been achieved were thrown into chaos at the end with a series of agreements that not only don't go far enough, but don't even go as far as the low bar that we thought we were looking at last week.
