Vliegenetersroute
In bier- en chocoladedorp Wieze kom je langs het Neerhof, chocoladefabriek Callebaut en Den Dikken Eik. Ook natuurparels als de Wiestermeersch en 'de Bleekte' liggen op de weg. 'Vliegeneters' is de bijnaam die de inwoners van buurdorp Herdersem gaven aan de destijds zogenaamd gierige Wiezenaars.

In the beer and chocolate village of Wieze, you pass the Neerhof, Callebaut chocolate factory and Den Dikken Eik. Natural pearls such as the Wiestermeersch and 'de Bleekte' are also on the way. Fly eaters' is the nickname given by the inhabitants of neighboring village Herdersem to the so-called miserly Wiezenaars at the time.
