Human Sized Butterfly Costume
Need a Halloween costume idea? Watch me turn myself into a giant monarch butterfly! Sometimes you get a crazy idea and just run with it which is how I ended up with butterfly wings that are over twice as tall as I am and some ridiculously sparkly rhinestoned butterfly shoes! Also to go along with this project I bought a hatch your own butterflies kit so you can watch my new butterfly friends grow along with my making process.
Clearly the lessons on monarch butterflies in elementary school stuck with me.
