Winds of Change Character Portrait Mod!!
HEY YOU!
Have you been watching my Let's Play Winds of Change series and spotted the frames I have on the character text boxes? Would you like to be able to have those while you play WoC? You're in luck!
This mod adds a frame to EVERY character portrait in the game as well as adding a gradient background for most of the portraits. The "Mystery Man" shadow portraits and the ones belonging to [NAMES WITHELD] have a solid white background.
