Wayward Souls - Arena w/ Mage (Mageblade Build)
I decided to make another Arena video with Mage for two reasons. One, because the Gelid's Embrace build was too strong for my liking. And two, I really wanted to do an Arena run with Mageblade, one of my favorite abilities in the game.
Since she's giving up her waveclearing Earth Lexicon for Mageblade, it's important we get that somewhere else. So that's why I opted for Salamander's Breath, which even its basic attack has a piercing effect. We also lose our crowd control without Gelid's, so after experimenting I decided to go with Walwin's Frock, which adds a phasing dash to her arsenal to help her get away from projectiles and reposition effectively.
Blazeweave is another option here, since it has a secret effect of canceling projectiles when activated, in addition to its damaging knockback attack. But dashing around the room with an energy blade was more fun.
