Mage is one of, if not the strongest character in the game, especially with this Arena build.
Gelid's Embrace is a powerful ability that acts similarly to an Hourglass item, slowing enemies and negating projectiles. When combined with the waveclearing potential of a Earthshaper's Lexicon, you have a recipe for total dominance. What she lacks in mobility, she more than makes up for in control of the battlefield. Her weapon choice is personal preference, as there are multiple viable options.
