As one of the 4 subsidiaries of LU-MUN Holding Azerbaijan Poultry Company has been operating since 2012 under the chicken and chicken products brand "Marjan". We carry out a two-stage production process in the center of Azerbaijan, in the region far from polluting enterprises Ujar , as well as in the ecological Barda region.
While the initial production capacity was 7.3 thousand tons per year when it first entered the market, now the manufacturer "Marjan" is able to meet the supply of 14.6 thousand tons of fresh meat per year.
We have taken our work seriously and equipped our enterprises with the latest equipment and professional staff. This allows us to produce quality and halal products in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, International standards ISO 22000, and under the constant supervision of the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia. According to the standard 15000 2009, Islamic tradition the “Marjan” chickens are slaughtered saying"Bismillah". The chicken meat we produce is a Class I product and complies with GOST 25391-82.
The designed capacity of the Chicken Incubation which is nearing completion will be 25 million eggs a year.
