Bad Quartz Aggregate Plaster
This white build up is leaching out of the finish under balanced water conditions( SI 0.0). We have seen this happen on dozens(+) of pools with this finish. It turned this 100% Quartz finish completely white.
We requested the manufacturer to come and see the problems. After multiple requests he came and said "I don't know, I have always been told once the water is in the pool, it is the fault of the water". (What a disappointing response)
