Breaking down my first Jiu Jitsu Competition | Rush Cup BJJ Commentary
So if you saw my last vlog, you probably know that I just competed in my first ever Jiu Jitsu competition, and pulled through with a win! I thought it would be a great idea to go back and slow down some of the footage and commentate on things I did, as well as things I didn't do or could've done better. If you're experienced with Jiu Jitsu, even if you're not a black belt, I would love to hear your responses on things I should work on for the future!
